Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items received.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via support@pigmentnpenncill.in with order details and product images.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Hand-painted and customized garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

• Minor color or design variations are a result of hand craftsmanship and not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, we may issue a store credit for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only if the same product is available in stock. We do not offer size-based exchanges for customized pieces.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement, as crafting begins immediately.
